To do this you need to attempt to connect to one of our servers with your banned steam-id. You should receive a message that says, "Perm Banned on ..." or "Banned Until ...". If you do not, you're not connecting to one of our servers.

Information about your steam-id takes a few minutes to make it to the forums (15 minutes should be enough time for good measure). You need to visit this webpage from the same IP address you attempted to connect to our servers. Once you do that the system will be able to find your account and determine if you are eligible for a ban review or not.
